Usage of CNC band sawing machine

1. After starting up and entering the system, first set the selector switch to the manual state, then enter the manual screen, press the "oil pump motor" button to start the oil pump, raise the sawing machine to the upper limit, and tighten the saw band.

2. Release the vise, so that the workpiece is placed on the workbench, and press the "Feeding" button to adjust the workpiece to the sawing size. Then press the "front clamp" button, after clamping the workpiece, press the "saw wheel motor" to start the saw belt rotation (at this time, the speed can be adjusted through the speed adjustment knob on the operation panel),

3. Adjust the speed control valve knob to the appropriate lowering speed, press "Work Feed", and the sawing machine will work. After the sawing is completed, the band sawing machine will reset automatically.

4. In the process of manual sawing, press the "Manual Pause" button to stop the lowering of the saw frame and the rotation of the saw wheel, and the "Total Stop" button to stop the sawing, that is, to eliminate all working conditions.

5. After the saw band breaks, the CNC sawing machine will automatically pause. At this time, you can press the "Quick Retract" button to raise the saw frame, and then replace the saw blade. After tightening the saw band, press the "Manual Continue" button to continue working.
